Health and Fitness has now become one of the major concerns. Earlier humans used to hunt for their living due to which their body had to undergo a lot of physical exercise. Every morning on an empty stomach make it a habit to drink 2tsp of honey with warm water and a half spoon of lemon extract. This acts universally as a best blood purifier and also a good drink to keep the cholestrol and your weight under control.

Here is important tips of Health :

1. Drink more water at the morning, less in the night
2. Reduce volume of oily food
3. Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm
4. Do not drink coffee twice a day
5. 8 hours lack of sleep will make a person stupid

Health is the wealth. Therefore, it is require to keep maintain the health. I prefer exercise and diet food to maintain my physics regularly. Another important thing is that to control on the brain. For that I also do exercise as Yoga for the meditation.
